What we collect and why
We collect the name, email address, selected session, preferred date, experience level if volunteered, and message submitted through the enquiry form. We use this information to answer questions, arrange training, provide reasonable adjustments, keep booking records, and meet legal obligations. We may also retain necessary transaction references supplied during an offline payment process.
We process data to take steps requested before a booking, perform a confirmed agreement, comply with law, and pursue legitimate interests in operating safe, organised educational sessions. Consent is used where Thai law requires it, including non-essential analytics.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking and payment records are retained for up to 10 years where tax, accounting, or dispute obligations require it. Accessibility details are kept only as long as needed for the relevant session unless you ask us to retain them for a later booking.
Sharing and international transfers
We may use limited hosting, email, file-storage, and professional service providers. They receive only data needed for their task and must protect it. If a provider processes data outside Thailand, we use an appropriate contractual or legal transfer safeguard and assess the destination where required.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it when required by law or to protect participants and legal rights.
Your rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Security and children
We use access controls, limited retention, and service providers selected for reasonable safeguards. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Training is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect children’s data through this site.
