Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy
Refund terms for Source Vectorhub Fibonacci retracement workshops and individual technical analysis appointments.
Workshop cancellation by a learner
A cancellation received at least seven calendar days before a group lab or clinic qualifies for a full refund. With 72 hours to six days’ notice, we refund 50% of the fee or transfer the full amount once to another scheduled date, subject to space. Cancellations inside 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable because the small-group place and printed set have been committed.
Individual appointments
A one-to-one chart review may be moved once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation at least 48 hours before the appointment qualifies for a full refund. Later cancellation is eligible for 50% unless the facilitator has already completed the pre-review of submitted charts; after that work begins, the preparation portion is non-refundable.
Source Vectorhub cancellation
If we cancel or cannot deliver a confirmed session, you may choose a full refund or transfer the whole fee to another available date. We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation, charting subscriptions, or other consequential costs, so wait for confirmation before making arrangements.
Materials and partial attendance
Printed workbooks are included in the session fee and are not sold separately. There is no refund for leaving early or missing part of a session after it starts. If a material teaching interruption under our control prevents substantial delivery, we will offer a proportionate partial refund or a place in the missed segment.
Exceptions
Contact us promptly about illness, family emergency, severe weather, or transport disruption. We may permit a late transfer when evidence and session capacity make it reasonable. This discretion does not limit mandatory rights under Thai consumer law.
Request process and timing
Email contact@source-vectorhub.digital with your name, confirmed session, date, and reason. Do not send card or bank credentials. We acknowledge requests within two business days and normally decide them within five business days.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible within 10 business days after approval. Bank or payment-provider processing may add time. Deposits, where a private-group quote explicitly requires one, follow the cancellation schedule stated in that quote; work already completed and specially printed materials may be deducted.
