Terms governing Source Vectorhub technical analysis training, educational materials, bookings, and website use in Thailand.
Acceptance
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or reserve training. A booking is formed only when Source Vectorhub sends written confirmation.
Educational scope
All labs, appointments, articles, workbooks, and examples are for education. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or brokerage advice. We do not recommend securities, currencies, derivatives, timing, position size, or account action. Historical examples and technical-analysis methods do not guarantee future results.
Participation
You are responsible for meeting stated prerequisites, arriving on time, and using your own devices lawfully. Do not record a session without written permission or share another participant’s charts or comments. We may ask a person to leave for harassment, disruption, unauthorised promotion, or unsafe conduct.
Fees, changes, and refunds
Current fees appear on the pricing page. Payment instructions are provided outside this website after availability is confirmed. Cancellations, transfers, no-shows, and provider cancellations are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Source Vectorhub owns its original workbooks, annotated examples, text, visual identity, and teaching sequence. A confirmed participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, train others from, or commercially distribute them without written permission. Market data and third-party charts remain the property of their respective owners.
Website conduct
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use content in a misleading claim about financial performance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Source Vectorhub is not liable for trading losses, investment decisions, lost profits, indirect loss, or reliance on educational examples. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a specific paid session will not exceed the fee paid for that session.
Changes and availability
We may update schedules, facilitators, examples, room arrangements, and these terms. Material booking changes will be communicated to confirmed participants. Website content may be unavailable or corrected without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights and any good-faith attempt by the parties to resolve a concern directly.
